Chef Gürkan Morkoç’s professional culinary journey began in 2003, when he moved to Istanbul. The experience he gained across every area of the food industry taught him that flavor is not created in the kitchen alone, but through a holistic process that includes product selection, preparation, and presentation.

With this understanding, he opened his own restaurant in 2017. His goal was to have direct control over every detail of both the service provided and each dish that leaves the kitchen. From the menu to ingredient sourcing, from the kitchen to the dining room, every stage became a natural extension of his culinary discipline.

At the heart of his cuisine lies a deep respect for regional flavors. Unpretentious, authentic, and bold tastes form his signature style. The meats used are carefully selected from naturally raised animals at a specialized livestock farm in Balıkesir, while the spices are sourced directly from their origin in Gaziantep.

The union of these two powerful elements delivers a balanced, memorable flavor that inspires trust and offers guests a flawless dining experience.
